PAYPAL: Paypal is my preferred method of payment and do not need to have an account -you can simply use a credit card.
DIRECT CHECKOUT: Etsy now offers direct checkout so you can pay with your credit card without leaving the site.
Payment must be received in full before I ship your ready made work or begin working on your custom order. Please pay within 2 days or your order may be canceled.

Shipping from France
I ship anywhere in the world. Typically I ship several times a week.
>> EU, US, AUSTRALIA: All items are shipped by french POSTE COLISSIMO you do have a tracking number for those packages.
>> FRANCE: items are shipped with COLISSIMO if it needs a package, otherwise I ship it in an white enveloppe depending of the size of the product you ordered. If you want your item shipped with COLISSIMO or another option just contact me.
WHEN? I typically ship orders two times a week (wednesdays and saturdays) AFTER I receive payment for your order. Please contact me if you need your order shipped more quickly.
ADDRESS: I use your ETSY account adress, so please notify me if you do not want your order to be shipped to the address on your ETSY account. I can ship to a gift recipient if requested (and send a gift note). Please make a note in the comments to seller when checking out if this is the case.
PACKAGING: I wrap each product in silk/tissue paper, then bundle it in recycled newsprint and ship in a cardboard box. I do like to reuse like-new boxes when possible, so let me know if you prefer a brand new box.

Returns and exchange details
I will accept returns for refund only if the product is defective and I am notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please contact me for a return authorization number. Items must be unworn with all original tags attached.
Kindly note: Custom orders and pieces that have been adjusted (in any way) upon request are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
